LIsten to relaxing music, dance, create art or poetry with thoughts about your day, your life your purpose, hopes, dreams and family. Aromatherapy is an excellent way to relax using your favorite essential oils in a diffuser or in the bath. See the Aromatherapy link in the menu for some recipes. Yoga Focus on what is good about you and your life. Release doubt, anger, guilt and illness with well being in mind. Taking a little time every day to reflect will have a dramatic effect on your well being if you make it a habit to do it on a regular basis. There are many ways to meditate. Listen to relaxing music, focus on the sound and empty your thoughts from your mind. If you have trouble with thoughts coming in, just brush them aside and continue with your meditation. Sometimes you need a little extra help with some problems such as smoking, drinking, spending, insomnia, anxiety or fear. You may need help from a doctor. If you just need guidance on how to meditate perhaps Hypnosis would help. Hypnotherapy is a great approch to self healing in the comfort and safety of your home. Many CD's, MP3's, and DVD's are available on the market. Be cautious of those who claim to be something they are not. Hypnotists cannot make you do anything you don't want to do, however, it is not recommended to be involved with any that may be less than ethical. Find a certified Hypnotherapist in your area, check their credentials, then try a session, before buying anyone's DVD's if you think Hypnotherapy is for you. Many psychiatrists and psychologists offer hypnotherapy as part of their treatment options. Ask them first. I found some lovely Widgets for your entertainment.
