Reiki Spirit Zone

Being gluten intolerant as well as allergic to dairy, soy, peanuts and shrimp I am being challenged to find tasty dishes for our table.

After several attempts using packaged mixes and numerous recipes from books and the web, I find that most things are tasteless, dry and unappetizing.
